Our space is located in the heart of downtown Omaha and is equipped for any celebration from weddings to corporate events. Let our experienced event managers help you and your guests create memories to last a lifetime!

Cocktail Hour

Our customizable front entry and bar spaces offer many cocktail hour options for you and your guests. Glassware is provided along with bar offerings based upon your package selection. Black or white cocktail tables can be placed around the space, along with in-house furnishings.

 
 

First Dance

The Ballroom

Our space is fully furnished with customizable floor plans to your taste! This includes 72” rounds, 6ft and 8ft banquet tables, black or white linens, black or white napkins, and gold chiavari chairs for up to 550 guests. *Some items incur an additional cost.

Perfect for elegant wedding receptions, the ballroom offers a blank canvas for your unique vision. From grand entrances beneath glittering chandeliers to perfectly set tables ready for plated dinners or buffet-style service, every detail can be tailored to your style.

 
 

PRICING

Venue rentals include security, cleaning, set-up and tear-down services to your custom floor plan, and day-of venue manager services. All rentals are 14 hours (9 AM-11 PM), providing ample time for preparation and celebration. Ceremonies and dedicated ceremony coordination are available for an additional $1,500. Ask about our off-season date pricing!

Friday

  • $6,650 rental

  • $3,000 minimum bar spend

Tuesday-Thursday

  • $6,150 rental

  • $3,000 minimum bar spend
